Development framework to accommodate 6,500 dwellings and 5,000 jobs with supporting commercial and community uses.

The project involved consolidating previous studies and elaborating a preferred option for long term growth of the town. Working with District and County officers, statutory consultees, CABE and other stakeholders, the process included a public workshop, which reinforced the importance of Thetford’s significant natural and cultural assets.
